1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the dafa888 online gaming platform, accessible at https://dafa888.cam and its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by dafa888 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you ("the Player", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform from time to time — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Company.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on dafa888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dafa888 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a dafa888 employee or associated service provider.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account that has been suspended or permanently closed by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending verification, or permanent closure of the Account.

4 Registration & Account Management

4.1 Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Registration of multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether by shared device, shared IP address, shared payment method, or matching identity documents — the Company reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void pending bets, and forfeit any outstanding balances.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify dafa888 support immediately via[email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

All Players are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed. Standard KYC documentation includes a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian IC / MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of address dated within three months (utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie holding the ID document. Verification typically takes 24to 48 hours once complete documentation is submitted. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dafa888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved channels:

• Malaysian bank transfers: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong
• Instant transfer services: FPX, DuitNow
• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), and select major altcoins

All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Company does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are beyond the Company's control.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable daily or monthly limits are displayed at the time of transaction within the Player's Account area. The Company reserves the right to modify transaction limits with reasonable notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 60 minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow, FPX, or e-wallet methods during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. The Company reserves the right to carry out additional checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts belonging to third parties — the withdrawal method must match the deposit method and the account holder's name.

5.4 Currency

All Player balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. The Company accepts no liability for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between deposit and withdrawal.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. dafa888 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of RM10 to dormant Account balances. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance following the dormancy period may be closed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

dafa888 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements are disclosed on each promotion's dedicated terms page.
• Bonus credits must be used within the validity period stated on the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, IP address, or shared device.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or product categories. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement, the Player must complete the required aggregate betting turnover using the bonus credit (and in some cases the deposit amount) before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, aRM100 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means the Player must wager a total of RM2,000 before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. Progressive jackpot games and certain live dealer tables may contribute at reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements — the applicable contribution rates are stated per promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

The Company actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk offseting bets to meet wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics, and coordinating with other Players to abuse referal bonuses. Where abuse is identified, the Company reserves the right to void bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the dafa888 Platform. Product-specific rules (e.g., live casino rules, sports betting rules, slot game rules) are published separately on the respective product pages and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted until confirmation message is displayed on screen. The Company reserves the right to decline any bet without explanation.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed per game or market. Stakes outside these limits will not be accepted.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error, the Company reserves the right to void all affected bets. Wins resulting from manifest errors will not be paid out.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets will only be accepted if your Account has sufficient cleared funds. Bets placed in error due to insufficient balance will be voided.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the published sports betting rules applicable to the relevant market. Results are determined using official sources for the applicable competition — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other major sporting events.
• Live Casino: Live casino game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game mechanics (cards, roulette wheel, dice) conducted by a live dealer. Results are final once announced by the dealer and confirmed on screen.

8 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The integrity of the Platform and the fairness of all games is fundamental to dafa888's operations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or lopholes in any game or Platform feature.
• Coluding with other Players in casino games, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker.
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for a deposit already used on the Platform.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose contrary to applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity documentation.
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or interferes with other Players' experience.

The Company uses automated fraud detection tools and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where Prohibited Conduct is detected, the Company will freeze the Account pending investigation and may share information with relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the dafa888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of dafa888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dafa888 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — whether arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, maintenance downtime, or technical failures beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dafa888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform or the accuracy of any information contained therein.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Any outstanding real-money balance (excluding Bonus Credits) will be returned to you subject to standard KYC verification and withdrawal procedures. 11.2 Company-Initiated Suspension or Termination

dafa888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where:

• A Player is found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• A Player fails to satisfy eligibility requirements as set out in Section 3.
• A Player provides false, misleading, or incomplete KYC documentation.
• A chargeback is initiated against a deposit.
• The Company is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, the Company reserves the right to withold any Balance and void any open bets pending investigation. Where termination results in the forfeiture of real-money funds, the Company will provide a written explanation to the affected Player.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the dafa888 customer support process.

Formal disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The Company will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a full response within 14 business days.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Malaysia or your country of residence that cannot be excluded or modified by contract.
